Terms and Conditions of Entry
The Promoter is Tracey Roberts MP – Federal Member for Pearce, 3/168 Wanneroo Rd, Madeley WA 6065.
The promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter this competition forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions.
1. Competition Dates
- Opens: 9am Monday 2nd September 2024
- Closes: 5pm Friday 20th September 2024
2. Eligibility
- Open to all Primary School aged children residing in the electorate of Pearce. (Find your electorate link: Find my electorate (aec.gov.au))
3. How to Enter
- Entrants should colour in the Tracey Roberts MP Colouring Competition sheet, available to download at www.TraceyRobertsMP.com.au
- Complete all details on the form including the full name of parent/guardian, address, contact number, and email address.
- Submit completed entry via your child’s school or email to [email protected]
- Entries deemed illegible or incomplete will be considered invalid.
4. Permissions
- By entering this competition, you give the promoter permission to use entrants' details for promotional and new service updates via email.
5. Entry Conditions
- The promoter is not responsible for entries that are not received or are received late.
- All entries will become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrants.
6. Judging
- Entries will be judged by Tracey Roberts MP.
- The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the granting of prizes.
- Judging will be based on the merit of the entry.
7. Prizes
1st Prize - $150 voucher to Leapfrogs restaurant and 1 Mini Group/Family Pass (valued at $65) to play Mini Golf at the Wanneroo Botanic Gardens
2nd Prize - $100 voucher to Leapfrogs restaurant and 1 Mini Group/Family Pass (valued at $65) to play Mini Golf at the Wanneroo Botanic Gardens
3rd Prize - $50 voucher to Leapfrogs restaurant and 1 Mini Group/Family Pass (valued at $65) to play Mini Golf at the Wanneroo Botanic Gardens
2 Runners Up: 1 Mini Group/Family Pass to play Mini Golf at the Wanneroo Botanic Gardens each
All entrants will receive a personalised Certificate of Appreciation.
8. Winner Notification
- Winners' first names will be published on Tracey Roberts MP's social media pages.
- Parents/guardians of prize winners will be notified by email.
- Prizes will be sent to the address provided by the entrant unless otherwise advised.
9. Unclaimed Prizes
- Any unclaimed prizes will be donated to a charity or cause of Tracey Roberts’ choice.
10. Publication of Entries
- Entries may be published on the Tracey Roberts MP Website and social media pages excluding surnames, addresses and phone numbers.
