The Ocean Keys Family Practice in Clarkson will be established as a Medicare Urgent Care Clinic to support the local community.

The Medicare UCC will deliver on the Albanese Labor Government’s commitment to make it easier for West Australians to get the urgent treatment they need from highly qualified doctors and nurses.

The Clarkson UCC will be open for extended hours seven days a week, and will offer walk in care that is fully bulk billed. Patients will be able to see a doctor or nurse and access imaging and pathology services.

Minister for Health and Aged Care Hon Mark Butler MP said the clinic will ease pressure on the Joondalup Health Campus, allowing it to concentrate on higher priority emergencies.

The urgent care clinic located in Clarkson will provide convenient medical care that is close to home and free under Medicare, for families in our fast-growing outer metropolitan northern suburbs.
